The first sentence of the section on Dose Finding reads " ....followed by 5 mg/kg administered 4 hours apart (total of 3 doses in 3 d)". This should obviously be "....administered 24 hours apart..." The remaining text in the article related to dosing is all correct, however, so there shouldn't be any confusion.
